Super cruise assist is a new player feature and wastes module space. What an unhinged response. Once you learn the game it is a useless feature to have.
I asked a simple question and if you would of answered it with any useful information my response would of been something a little better. Thanks for the info i didn't know that it was a useless feature im still new.

I'm rocking a supercruise assist AND auto dock on my bounty hunting ship ; what are you gonna do ? Tell me i should add hull / module reinforcement, when the npc's never break the shields ?

Alt-tabbing out of the repetitive, boring aspects of the game is a choice. You do what you want with your time. Chase the blue dot for hours.

It depends if you get used to it fine that's on you. Later on though when you need the module space you may want to drop it.

Ahhh I see, well if you don't play open then I guess you got the space for it.

With the new SCO drives form the Titan and the FSD booster my Vette has turned into a mission runner when I PVE with the lads on Mobius. I added limpets and SRV but non of the auto pilot features. I'm newly returned day one player that quit a few years back so to return and see these features made me chuckle.

I also had to link my game to Steam so my hours are not accurate. It's been a fun few months.

I only use it for space ports 50% of the time when i don't feel like staring at the speed and distant. Once i get a better ship ill probably weigh my options a little better. Honestly i didnt even know it was taking up module space.

SCA is useful when going to any POI - e.g. just about every Power signal in the game, for PP2 players. Engage, and when you're at 30 seconds remaining or so, dip the nose to break the SCA lock. Your ship will speed up, time will drop rapidly, and when there's only 4 seconds left raise the nose for an almost instant arrival.

It's also great for deep space explorers who don't happen to own the Mandalay.
