Keep in mind, that Nomad bought for Arx now will have unlimited deployment. Later purchases with in-game credits will apparently have limited deployments before you have to go back to shipyard and restock it.

I've been thinking about the ARX > credits timing, there is no set date and it's reasonably clear the more popular it is, the longer it stays in EA and I can imagine the nomad being one of the better selling arx ships because it adds more than a new ship, it changes gameplay loops, adds a new class of ship, a (kind of) years-long requested feature and well, it's really fun to play with

Long story short, I think it'll be in early access longer than the kestrel mk2 and do not be surprised if we see more arx internal modules for it before it becomes available for credits

Each ship stays in EA until there's a client update with the next ARX ship available.

There's no massive conspiracy behind the scenes, that's the simple answer.
