Can someone help me find ICY RING?

Hey guys, I'm trying to find an ICY ring belt but don't know how to. I am in GCRV 1568.

I've watched multiple video and went on redddit, but can't no any answer on how to find ICY Rings....

Can anyone help? Thx

Whatever minerals you need can be located with this website

Go to the system map and find a planet with a ring and click on it, then click the "planetary information" tab. On there should be a line labeled "ring type," which will tell you if it's an Icy ring or something else.

White / transparent rings are icy. Brown are metallic or rocky.
