Where do you buy the Imperial Clipper ?

I have never come across it in any of the shipyards.

They're only sold in imperial shipyards about 300ly below federal space..
And you'll need to advance in the Imperial Navy to be allowed owning one.

Try Denton Patreus controlled systems.
