High pop / high tech systems? a7 pd?

Trying to search for some around me but the highest population I get is about 2 bil, I"m trying to find an a7 pd for my python.

around chimiri area / jumping around trying to find any high tech system w/ over 90 mil to see if they have one.

You can just set galaxy map to only show you high tech with over 90M pop using map view.

i am , but every system I go to is a bust, I was more or less wondering if anyone knew of a system that for sure had one.

I think Anlave is a good system to check. Tons of other high population systems around it too.
