Where can I claim my Powerplay Bonds?

I pledged my allegiance to Aisling Duval. After a few trades and bounty hunting, I got a Vulture and thought I'd earn a few merits by hunting the Federation. I went to Ennead, which is Felicia Winters' territory, and I killed a few federal agents and federal couriers. My transaction page now says "195 Powerplay with Aisling Duval".

Where exactly do I claim those? I've tried a few stations in Ennead that the Empire is undermining I believe, and I couldn't claim anything. I went back to the Empire and controlled systems (the ones with the little shields) but same thing, I couldn't claim anything!

How do I get my merits or CR from these, and where? Any clue is most welcome!

Are you absolutely sure it's at the Capital system (Cubeo)? If it is, then that kinda sucks because there's quite the distance between the Federation and Aisling's Empire! Oh well..

im not positive but im pretty sure that is where i had to go this weekend i cant remember. I went out to the capital and picked up some datas. went out to a system with a number on it when i hit powerplay on glaxy map dropped that off there grabbed data from that other place and i dont member sorry man.

so i checked there. it says it has to be a controlled system by your faction. if the system is independant but your leader has an outpost it wont work.

Okay thanks... doesn't matter now though, because a Type-9 (Technology Acquisitions) just went through me in the middle of a fight with a Federal Agent... I immediately exploded x_x

Okay thanks... doesn't matter now though, because a Type-9 (Technology Acquisitions) just went through me in the middle of a fight with a Federal Agent... I immediately exploded x_x
