No Contacts in range
in open play . i have found no stations that i can dock in ? lookt in 3 systems now . it just says No contacts in rane . what am i doing wrong ?

Have you done the travel tutorial? If not, do so.

Go to the navigation tab in the left UI panel, or the system map and select a station in the system. Fly towards it and when you arrive and jump out of supercruise it will be on the contacts list. Fly to within 7.5km and you can then request docking.

The other possibility is that you're in a system that has no planets or stations, in which case jump to another.

right now im trying to dock in Eravate system .. Ackerman market station . but it is not showing in Contacts

When you jump into a system, do you use your left panel and look for stations? Highlight a station and press 'space' and then select target and enter supercruise (or just target if in SC). Drop out of SC when safe disengage appears, then fly to within 7.5KM of the station and then use left panel again under contacts, select the station and request docking.

If you know all this and still can't find a station, you must be just unlucky in that you found three systems without stations. AR

Not sure. Have you used left panel to target the station? AR

Sounds like you're still in Supercruise.

im at Sylvester station in eravate system speed 0 but still nothing shows in contacts im at 5 km from station and station is lockt

Just use imgur or a site like that to upload them and get a link.

That's very, very strange. Never seen anything like it in over 1000 hours of playing.

I'd report a bug, but have you tried logging out and back in again?

i have tryed to lock in and out yes . it must be a bug .. thank you for your time .. fly safe

One thing I'd suggest is to jump back into supercruise and then target and drop out again at the station.
