No transaction, trading issue.

Hi, I am very new to the game and I've gotten the hang of the basic movements like traveling, docking and fighting. So I picked up a mission to go and bring these people some Water Purifiers.

I have more than enough credits to buy them from the goods store, but when I try to, there is no options to buy, just "No Transaction" and the cancel button.

Anyone shed some light on this?

They were either supplied to you, if it is a delivery mission, and you'll have to ferry them to another star port.

Or you'll have to search another star port that sells them and bring them back.. If that is the case, you can filter the galaxy map for economies. An Industrial Economy *should have some water purifiers.

Probably because that station doesn't have any. If you see next to that item it will either say Demand X or Supply Y. If it says supply then they have some and will sell that item to you, if it says demand then they need some and will pay you for that item.
