Here you go. Enough planets with stuff to scan to last you for weeks. Also scan other planets in listed systems as there's usually more planets with bio samples in them than what's listed.

Jump into a system, fire your discovery scanner, check the planets info in the system map (info button is on the right hand side of sysmap).

If the system (or a body in the system) hasn't previously been discovered, you'll need to use the Full Spectrum Scanner (FSS) to map the system before you can see the planets in the sysmap. The FSS will also show you if a planet has bio signals on it.

Once you've found a planet with bio signals, head over to it, use your Detailed Surface Scanner (DSS) to map the planet. This will give you a blue/green overlay on the planet which shows you where each species might spawn.

youre going to want to try and find fresh ones for yourself. just means going out " into the black " and scanning planets. if you see bio signals and no one has the first fall, youre probably going to want to land on it.
This page can help guide which planets youre going to want to bother with. i guess there is some other Bio tool out there, but i havent used it. https://ed-dsn.net/en/conditions-of-emergence-of-exobiological-species-on-planets-a-atmosphere-fine/

Down load Captain's LOG2. It is an excellent plug-in for exploration. It gives the option for an overlay that tracks your distance from the 1st, 2nd & final samples. You do not need to stop the SRV, exit and pre-scan to ensure proper separation of samples. Additionally, pressing ALT-C will display an overlay that shows you the FSS scanned and un-scanned planets in the system.
