Biotech Conductors and Exquisite Focus Crystals

I'm very tired of material trading Military Grade Alloys for pitiful amounts of Biotechs and EFCs, might try doing Missions for it instead if only as a change of pace from HGE farming.

Am I better off in my Corvette melting down a compromised nav beacon somewhere, or in my Anaconda running Robigo runs or something? I have both ships, Anaconda has FSD booster + engineered FSD and Corvette is fully engineered.

I see EFCs as a reward in Pirate Massacres right now, but everywhere I see them (ngalinn for example) doesn't have Large docks and my Krait/Chieftain/Challenger aren't nearly as good at melting ships into scrap metal as my Corvette is. I also run gimballed multicannons on everything because I'm worse than you think I am at melting down a Dropship with Premium Plasma Slugs on the chief. Corvette can also easily slot 3A collector and 32 tons of Limpets to hoover up G4/5 mats from Large ship scrap.

Anyone have a good Large Dock with Restock near a Massacre mission farm?

I'm doing expansion (hauling) wing missions now. Most involve 600-1000 tons of transport, pay 38-50m and you can often choose 5 x biotech or 5 x exquisite missions. Or some have Imperial rep INF+++++ where I am.

If you choose Gallite, Indite or Bertrandite missions you can just buy the goods instead of mining it. Fraknoi Ring in Croatigae should have these missions for the next 2-3 days. You'll want a large empty ship - unshielded Cutter or T9.

Since Fraknoi is really close to the primary star, I would buy at Carrington (6000 Ls, same system), leap to Xianchiem with the full load, then jump back to Croatigae. Then you just have a 60Ls trip to deliver with little chance of interdiction.

If you get a wing of 2-4 together you can move the stuff easily. They don't stack like pirate massacres though.

If you don't want to work this station, just find a faction in Expansion with an agricultural large station. They should have the same missions there.

Oh I can get it from hauling missions? That I can do - my Type 9 is mostly engineered and jumps 29LY with 752 tons of cargo. Croatigae is the system, Fraknoi is the station?
Hauling is my main money maker, along with Plat mining in my Type 10, so I can source and truck in mountains.

Njemari and Prthi both have large stations and do exclusive massacre missions to HIP 35096, and I think both are offering EFCs and BCs as rewards. Njemari's is close to the star but Prthi's is a bit of a hike at 6k ls

I've been making tons of money in Napia doing Wing mining missions like @Sighman mentions (Bertrandite, Indite, Gallite, and sometimes Silver and Gold), and finally pulled the trigger last night

I buy the minerals/metals in Zhao, Bolton Orbital, really close.

Also tons of pirate massacre, target Zombivaroa (RES all sizes) so lots of stacking too.
A nearby system also has tons of stacking massacre, Chona (smoot station) target Zhao (only High RES but usually enough)
Xerente, also nearby, offers MM to Zombivaroa as well, so can stack a few more.

Also missions of "Industry needs" Silver/Gold/Palladium pop all the time, that can net anything between 10 and 20mil profit each

I do so many of these missions that my biotechs, exquisite and embedded are always maxed out.

PS no need to even source the materials - there are two starports in the same system which have the goods.

About every 2 weeks I push the faction to expansion in a nearby system, which gives me another 5 days of these missions in this system. Endless stream of money and materials.

The only downside is that you sometimes have to wait in the station for the mission board, as the gallite/indite/bertrandite don't always come up. You can do Coltan & Cobalt if you want but they're higher quantities.

There are also a lot of missions for mined minerals, non-wing, but I don't pick those up. (E.g. Lithium Hydroxide 3-4 million for 35-45 units) They also have G5 rewards.

You may have to rep up with Xiancheim Empire League to be offered the good missions, or you can just wing up with me until you've handed some in.

In Napia right now, gotta rep up factions for anything good, but what stations should I be using for missions? I'm just getting Boom deliveries of clothing from Smoot station to Medupe, on the surface of the planet Smoot is orbiting.
I also have a brand new Cutter, the speed is nice but the drift is worse than my dropship holy moly lol

I'm at Gora Terminal, that's where I've been picking missions.
Right now is kind of dry, not much of wing mining, but some pirate massacre, you can try to build up rep first.
The massacre to Zombivaroa is ok, it has RES sites, Okuag'sa doesn't have rings but the mission signals should be ok.
Avoid missions to Kou Mantes, some bodies are too far from main star.
The FC close to Gora is mine ("Tenochtitlan" lol)

Yeah the Cutter drifts like crazy, never stops haha

Very cool! Splashed out on mine in Colonia a few weeks ago - stacked massacre missions for me, and then re-filling the coffers with mining done on the way back to the bubble
