are you really complaining about server downtime to patch and fix game breaking bugs?!?! the servers are up, running just fine at 8am mdt.

That's part of your problem: The servers are always down for a little bit every Thursday morning for the weekly reboot. No exceptions.

It's usually only 10 or 15 minutes, but can be longer when there's a lot of fixes to apply.

Oh I understood it perfectly, but that wasn't all you spoke of. So I was just pointing out the pointlessness of complaining about the regular Thursday morning downtime as well... Which is why I quoted that specific bit, I thought it would make it obvious. Sorry.
