How do I change cockpit color scheme?

Okay, I really do feel like a super noob here, but I have had a helluva time trying to figure out how to change the color of my cockpit, partially due to the fact that the default Orange setting is super grating on my eyes and I really would like the purple overlay. Any ideas or tips here?
