Best way to earn merits?

I am currently with Zackery hudson and iv been doing a security zone in an expansion site and gaining about 10 merits per kill. This is taking a ridiculous amount of time and im wondering if there is another way for me to earn merits faster.

Checkout your factions Powerplay expansion tab.
Head to your nearest 'Military Strike'.
Team-up with someone and creat a 'Wing'.

More Combat Bonds.
More Bounty Claims.
More Ranking Up.

p.s. - take lots of ammo.

'Military Strike'? haven't heard of it. can't check since I quit my faction. Waiting to join Antal for the bounty bonus. It would be nice if the factions had some in game comms, like a faction chat.

I am done with merits. I did find a system I can work with as far as bounty hunting that Antal controls. Supposedly I will get 100% that way, once I can join.
