How do I register my Steam purchase with Frontier?
When you first start the game from Steam, the Launcher will give you options to either Log In to Elite Dangerous or Register for a new Frontier account. If you do not already own a Frontier account you must select Register, as an active Frontier account is required to play Elite Dangerous. https://www.frontierstore.net/customer/account/login/

Please make sure you fill out your account fully, adding a billing address. Then enter your Steam CD key on the Product Access Key section your account page. This will associate your Steam purchase with us, and you can then access the game as normal.

Should you have any problems getting this to work, please contact Frontier Support with the Steam CD key you were allocated. https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/

@5iffy7even i bought game 3 days ago then i refund it but right now i wanna buy again :D is there a problem for me ? cus i already register 1 cd key on frontier account hope i can use same account

I can't see there being a problem, but in the unlikely event there is an issue just contact support.

You'll get issued the same (now invalidated) game key so you'll need to verify the integrity of the game cache after the download in order to get issued with a new valid key.

I ordered Horizons beta, but it isn't in my downloadable content.
When I look at my orders, it says I have 4 items, but is only showing 3.
I have Elite 1984
ED - Mac
ED - PC

But no ED:H is showing.
They charged me for it, and it shows in my orders as a completed transaction, but I am not seeing it listed in my downloadable content.

Is this because it has not been released yet, or am I missing something?

Indeed. Horizons isn´t released yet. It will appear later. If you´re lucky it will be visible over the Day when the Beta starts. If you don´t have Beta Access i could imagine that it becomes visible when the full game is released in the next Weeks.

Hello, I have tried every way from here to Sunday:} ,and can not get in touch with Frontier. Been playing over 300 hours,and wanted to pre-order H. Know am not very computer savey,but this is a bit much, jeeesh:)

So what´s the Problem mwelch51? Normally there shouldn´t be the need to contact them. Horizons should be available for you to buy in the Frontier Store. As long as you have your CredCard Number and your personal Data available...

I cannot use the register function because I had an account with frontier to subscribe to the newsletter a long time ago, but there is no option on my account to activate the cd-key (or any other key for that matter.) I got for steam. what the hell is going on?

horizon beta did not show up on my downloadable on frontier, but i used this link to install the orginale frontier installer.. then the game showed up in the game login...i uninstalled the game from steam first

Everytime I try to login, It sends me an email with the confirmation code, I put it in and then it takes me back to the login screen and says right under the "Remember my login" box that "You do not have access to Elite Dangerous"

what do?

I have the same problem.
