Can't buy MK2 at shipyard?

I can't seem to buy the Python MK2 at any shipyard inarra says has it, and as an odyssey owner it should be available as was added and unlocked at shipyards for us on Aug 7th.
Anyone got any ideas as to what is going on?

If you are having trouble finding it on Inara (its a current bug)
(assuming you don't have access to shinrata)
go to the planetary port 'I Sola Prospect' in the system 'Brestla'
it has every ship/module/weapon available at a 20% markup

If you have anything ranked at Elite you can also find just about every ship and module at Jamerson Memorial.
