How to aquire bounty vouchers for specific faction?

So I have 6 fractions in the system - the one is dominating. I want to increase another faction influence. When I kill some wanted ship - I get vouchers only for dominating faction. So how could I get them for the right one?
PS only one base in the system

If you fit a kill warrant scanner you can only turn in bounties for your chosen faction.

If your faction controls another system, you can earn bounties there and turn them in at the first system.

Take missions for the faction you want to boost and take attack the settlements of the faction you want to weaken. That is the easiest way.
