I used to know where you could buy DBE's but cant find them at the system i know of anymore, where can i get a DBE near eravate?

If you're willing to make the trip, Hamilton Gateway in Wolf 406 have them at a 20% discount, costing you around 1.5 mill instead of the usual 1.9 mill

Should be, there was a community goal there a while ago that achieved a permanent 20% discount for DB Explorers at that station, so it should be guaranteed to be there at any time. And you're welcome :)
I can't be absolutely 100% sure that it's there though, haven't been there in a while myself, and being 38,650 ly away from Sol in an iEagle makes it kinda hard to check personally... But it should be there!
