You can search out squadrons on Inara.cz( a vital website to playing ED )
I think you can search them out in game too.
There is A LOT to do in the game, not sure how PC version quite differs from console( dont know when they stopped updating ) Just take it one thing at a time and ask questions here when needed.
Consoles don't have anything beyond Horizons Legacy.
Everything in Live and Odyssey is PC-only.
So there's a ton of new content.
Always have a fuel scoop on deck. Multicannons are a great option.
And look for the Mobius PvE group if you want to stay clear of PvP. I do hope you have fun out there!
It's good to gather credits, that's what pay for ships, but I learnt later on that taking materials as payment on missions makes a lot of sense, you will not have t concentrate on those when comes the time to engineer your ship
I played off and on for years, and i never used fuel tank modules, just fuel scoops. And here recently I discovered that if I'm not jumping too far, its fun using a class 4 or 5 fuel tank module. Now I almost feel like I don't need a scoop in the bubble.
Youre gonna start out doing courier missions to get cash, cash = bigger and better ships.
Once you get a decent sized ship( medium) you can then start to truck around materials, go mining, really, the sky is the limit.
Yes you can transfer your full account from xbox to pc. everything except arx balance. All your ships, modules, credits, cosmetics, progress, engineering ect
Yep this is what I do. Saves time.
Feel free to add me if you want someone to tag along on Bounty Missions or to head into Conflict Zones with.
I've got my fully engineered Fed Corvette and will happily blast anything that needs blasting - be it NPCs or other players.
I don't travel outside the bubble though.
