Anyone know the cheapest place to buy a Python, I've checked and the prices vary A LOT
It has to be in a place without special permits or ranks though cause I have none of those : (

In shinrartra you get everything -10%, and in Li Yongs systems -15% iirc, python is worth every penny anyways

That's what I've heard so I'm saving every credit. I could get a bigger ship to do more work but I'd have to spend even more just to get it to where my current ship it jump wise and it sounds like a lot of work for not much so I'm just grinding away lol

The Python was always my early game goal...You can do everything with it...Decent firepower...Decent cargo space...Decent jump range...Decent speed...Decent maneuvering...It is a Medium so you can deliver and go anywhere...For me, it really is the best early game ship...

I'm getting there, just a few millions more. Don't want to get it and be pennyless after so I figure around 60 mil. will be a good number to get it and put a decent FSD in it. It seems to have a good cargo right off the bat so it should be good.

Edit: Now if the wife gets off my @ so I can put a few hours on it it'll be even better lol

A good place for you to unlock next would be jamerson memorial .
the one stop shop.

you can unlock this place with elite status in either Trade. combat. exploring . cqc.
you will see your progress on the right hand pannel.

easiest one is Trade you only need to sell 1.2billion in sales it sounds alot but it really is not.
once you know how to make the big bucks it is very easy.

and now that you up too buying a python mining could be the next venture for you.

Yeah that's what I was aiming for next... (since I'm really bad at dogfighting lol) but that too one of these days i'll probably get the hang of it, cause I think I'll play this game for a long while ; )

I suggest you saving more than 60 millions before buying the Python. With only 60 millions you can buy only a few internals. The best thing you can do is saving 300 millions for buying the Python with A-class internals, but if you are desperate for buying the ships then save at least for buying C-class and A-class for the important modules. You can check the total cost in coriolis.io before buying.

I too was bad at fighting but with a few simple lessons in how to you can become a average combat fighter also.

combat can be really easy if you know how.
this whole game is rather easy if you know the right tips and tricks.

if you can not afford the python then i suggest going back to the Type 7 for mining many wont suggest it but it will get you enough to buy a python after a couple of runs and buy sum internals also.

the krait 2 is not a bad ship also and the view is better in VR.

I'm just like you. Had 56M credits, got it to 66M credits. Stopped at a planet, on a courier run, and DSS it. It had 6 biological forms. Scanned 5 of the 6 ... maybe a hour or two of low leveling flying and eyeballing the terrain.

Got back to , whatever their name is , and sold that data for 26M credits.

I already have the same FSD A class in my current ship so I figured I'll transfer it before selling it. I'll check the other internals see if I can salvage a few ; )
