find a recruiter for military operations

hello everyone. Please tell me how to find a recruiter for military operations (battles between two factions on the ground between infantrymen) at a ground station? or is there a recruiter only on space stations?

You want Frontline Solutions I believe...They should be at all stations with a Pioneer and Apex area...I do not use them yet, but I believe that is the counter you want...

Go to a system where factions are beefing, look for Frontline-solutions in station details in system map or use INARA.

They can be at surface ports and space stations, you wont find them in settlements or outposts.
