10 planets and every single one was dead nothing at all, the hell do i get the meta alloy from apart from maia if its all mined

Barnacle Sites in the Pleiades are relatively depleted. The new sites are located in the Witch Head Sector.

You can also just buy meta alloys from Danielle's Prospect in Maia I believe.

You can get 5 Meta Alloy from thargoid surface site that never deplete. You can refresh by relog whenever you get the 5.
They can be located easily by filtering your galaxy map to allegiance : Thargoid then FSS all planet and locate the one with the thargoid site on it.
