Custom Joy Stick configurations

I recently obtained a Turtle Beach Velocity One Flightstick, and need to configure it. Has anyone experience on this, and any recommendations. Thanks in advance.

No experience with that particular stick, but it doesn't really matter...

The best thing you can do, is waste an hour or two going through all the options and then setting up the basics (ship rotation, thrust/direction/throttle, and menu navigation) in a way that makes sense to you. Then play it for a bit... Realise what bits of the setup you don't like, reconfigure them... It's almost a game in itself just getting everything respond how you want it too lol. Almost...
