I purchased the game, downloaded everything that i needed, made my account, logged in, entered the pin, and it tells me to purchase or redeem game

From what you are saying, not sure you have done this:

Go to Frontier's site. Login with your Frointer account details (or register if you haven't).

Go to your account information and on the left select Product Access Key.

Enter your pin there.

If that is what you have done, then not sure. Perhaps contact FD support for assistance.

yeah once you have added you game key to fronier's site it can take a while for iot to register.. after that it all gets abit crazy while you work out how things in the game work... enjoy..!!
