Powerplay - Corruption Reports

So recently I've been messing around with the Powerplay and decided to spend a million credits to pick up 100 corruption reports (I am aligned to Arissa Duval). Now from what I understand corruption reports must be handed to systems which are in preperation..alright..simple enough. But my question is which systems are that? Going to the galaxy map and hitting the 'expansion view mode' within powerplay I see lots of systems with different color rings on them as well as two systems with the numbers 1 and 2. Using the key at the bottom I know that the colored systems are ones of different profit intensities, what exactly does that mean? The ones with numbers are the top 10 prepared systems...I only see 2 though.

But anyways, where do I take my corruption reports? I kinda want to get them in before the end of the cycle.

just take them to the nearest control system, or your hq

If I am not mistaken, corruption reports for Arissa Lavigny-Duval (ALD) are basically preperations? If that's the case, and since ALD is in turmoil this week, I don't think you can prep systems (meaning there is no where you can deliver them this week). Normally you can take them to the nearest control system.
