What is "FSD Boost" in the map?

In the galaxy map under "Economical Routes" and "Fastest Routes" there is also one that says "FSD Boost" and there are three levels to it. What is that?

There's an option to craft a disposable FSD boosts that will let your ship jump farther than usual. I'm just not sure if this is already available or will be in the near future. The setting you described lets you take into account FSD boosts when plotting a course.

EDIT: Forget to mention that there are 3 levels because there are 3 levels of the craftable FSD boosts.

FSD Boost is if you have Horizons and the minerals to Bost the FSD for a longer jump

It is available since Horizons launch.
