What does the little half eclipse and half eclipse with little bars rising off it mean for planets shown in the system map?

I see some planets have them, and some do not.

Those with just the blue arc can be landed on if you have Horizons, those with the "little bars" have settlements with landing facilities.

The bars only mean that there's settlement or bases down on the surface. If you want to know if they offer docking, you'll have to look at the planetary map.

Atleast all planet landings offer large pads. ;)
