Error Code Magenta Krait

Anyone ever seen this before? I can do everything accept go into super cruise. As soon as I do, about 10 tries in the past 20 mins i get Connection error with that message.

Submitted a ticket and now i have Scarlet Krait error message.

These are my options with support and NONE of them have anything to do with this. Not one of them say OTHER>

I had to go to account support not game support. I submitted a ticket.
