Did they change the sirius permit?

I'm trying to unlock Marco Qwent and have Sirius Corporation to full reputation, yet for days now there is no mission appearing to give me access to sirius corp. Did they change how this works and everything I'm reading is no longer relevant or am I missing something else?

I've tried Procyon and Luyten's Star, which are both within 15ly of Sirius

there are some systems I know I had been too before, but now cant get in. Sirius is one of them, Ailoth is the other.

I unlocked this one on an alt account just a couple of weeks ago, definitely working back then

Yeah, my alt account unlocked it about 3 weeks ago... My main account did it years ago, but it was in Sirius as recently as 12 hours ago...

ummm this seems like this should be a high priority bug, i mean arent there engineers in sirius too.

My friend and I turn around Sirius since one week (max rep with Sirius Corp), we take the list of Sirius Corp Station, try every each of them everyday... and no permit mission, so still buggy (or very very bad luck on rng ^^)

I don't need the Sirius System, I don't need Marco Qwent, I need Professor Palin. If this bug is known, then change the access to Professor Palin, through another engineer. I've been spinning around Sirius for a week, there is no access mission. I could fly to the Colony by now. Danke.

I haven't seen anyone mention it, but don't you have to dock at a station in a system within a certain amount of LY of Sirius?

I did this not long ago, and got my rep from a faction further away, and I had the same questtion "where's my mission"....and once I did some googling, realized I had to dock within a certain distance of Sirius.

Remember to obtian the Alioth permit mission, after getting allied with them!
You have to get the invite mission from Patterson Enterprise in the Sirius system.

You can't get to Marco Qwent, if you can't get to Sirius...

I've seen posts where people have said they get the "Follow on Mission" - Permit Acquisition Opportunity" 100% of the time from Sirius Corporation Vice President Delylah Bowman at Bruce Prospect in the Avik system. There is even a screenshot, showing it as a chain linked mission in "Follow on Missions" above "Available Missions". It's an 8.4 LY jump from Avik to Sirius.
