If the station has a shipyard maybe you can summon your ship there.
Failing that, If the station has an active Apex Shuttle service you could book a shuttle to a different station with a shipyard and have you ship transferred.
o7
If not, take an Apex to a large station nearby and recall your ship there using the Astra counter.
Failing all that, on the main menu (before clicking Continue), click Help then Recover to Orbit.
there is an inter astra, but nobody's at the counter. im going to try the main menu thing.
That's not a bug, it just means the station has no shipyard.
If you apex to a large orbiter you can recall your ship to there.
This. Alternatively you can check to see if there are other planetary settlements with a shipyard on the same planet. You can find them and check what services are available from the system map.
Normally it's probably faster to just go to an orbital like Sighman suggests, but if the nearest one is a long distance away like more than 100k Ls or the next system over, it might be worth looking for planetary settlements with a shipyard if you just want to quickly get back to your ship.
EDIT: You can also check if there is a shipyard present at the smaller orbital stations from the system map.
