odyssey tutorial doesnt show you how to clone the security profile to your suit..

so i got odyssey and i am in the tutorial, it says to clone the security profile..
i scanned the body.. then i pushed every button on my keyboard and it just assumes i know what to do..

i am stuck. this is a great start.. :(

you would think they would say what to do.. because its a tutorial.. ??

Put the scanner in your hand, press R to change it to the duplicate profile mode (illegal, don't get caught doing it), then scan the body (dead or alive) to get their security level. Max security level is 3.

If you get scanned while you have someones duplicated profile on you, they will detect it and will become hostile. You can remove your security level (and thus avoid getting in trouble) by press the '-' key (may want to check your keybinds).

yeah i did that, but once i scanned the guy what do i do next?
i tried to click the panel that the mission marker was pointing me to but nothing happens.
i ran around for about an hour clicking and pushing buttons but nothing happened. i ended up just closing the game and skipping the tutorial.

Press R to change the Scanner mode. But beware if its enabled and a guard see you with this mode enabled he might become hostile.
A good way is to scan them through windows when they are close enough.

But drop your false identity if they scan you otherwise they also get pissed off.

i think i figured it out, the part that threw me off was when it says scan the body and apply the security clone thing.. it should say scan the body to apply the security clone thing.

i couldnt figure out what button to push to apply the scan. i pushed all the buttons on the keyboard but it didnt do anything.

the thing is i even tried to push the console but it didnt show up with the e, so i figured i was stuck..

Well that's good to know! Thanks. Hopefully I'll be able to put that into practice if I ever get off this prison barge I landed myself in. XD
