Saitek X52 Pro just unexpected not responding
My joystick just unexpected not responding when I was try start play elite dangerous again. I reboot game and pc. went though driver for Saitek X52 Pro to update driver. It say i have latest driver software. Joystick do not responding. But joystick work fine when I try play flight simulator no problem. :*( Anyone know what going on?

I used to play elite dangerous few month ago same joystick and it was work fine. But now it dont work :(

Sometimes the game reset your controls check in the options menu, right click Saitek x52 flight control system and open control panel check all the buttons and axes

happened to me too....drove me nuts. Right after thr 1511 Windows update. I ended up doing a clean reinstall of the OS (needed to anyway) and still nothing...then I went into controller options. Change to anothing other than what you're using and then back and hit "apply". works!

Thanks guys... I got it fixed by strange way just unplug and plug in cable between joytick and trottle. Very strange lol

if it becomes unbearable disconnecting too often, or if you just want to fix the issue completly, change the x52's properties in windows to be recocnized as a normal usb device instead of a joystick or game controller :steamhappy:

also having the x52's control panel open while playing makes the throttles pov hat work all 8 ways for manouvering thrusters

mine do that anyway. Mine also works on USB 3 without any problems :/
