Exploration map mods?

So I am still making my way slowly towards galactic center in my diamondback. I was wondering if there where any third party mods that tell me what systems I've mapped out and keeps track of them.

if you go to the official fd forums there is a section that says tools and guides i believe and some guys have posted some useful tools to aid with the map and such,youll need to go into the game files with some of them tho,i dont play enough to warrent this so sorry i cant help anymore.
