dont think so. considering the exchange rate between turkish lira and either pounds, euros or dollars there is no incentive to localze this game -or most games- to turkish.

I actually can help with the translation to the Turkish languag without cost. But I don't know if it's possible to contact the devs and get an approvement about that.
