To me it seems like the update has done something with it.
I lost all custom in-game mapping i had done to the stick after the update so that had to be reconfigured.
Allright...sounds easy.. but i not that much of a computer guy to understand that fully.
Could you be more specific ?
Press the Windows key, then search for "joystick", which should bring up something like "USB game controller settings"; in there, select the stick (double-clicking should do) to open its control panel (the one with the axis and button test; it will have several tabs too). Search it for anything resembling "shift mode" and disable that setting. For good measure, also disable "clutch mode" to get a use of the rear "i" button on the throttle.
If you have Saitek software installed, remove all programmed buttons in that software. Or you can open Control panelfrom that software and leave it open (sounds silly but it works).
Have fun.

Haha yeah i just noticed that....how ? :P
What do you mean? How to do it? or why does it work?
I have no idea to be honest. If you do not want to run Control Panel every time, remove additional profiles (you need to switch to grid view).
You can find some guides on youtube.
