Elite Dangerous Beyond? Does it still exist?

So I'm kind of a rookie in this game, but I've got horizons and I heard about elite dangerous beyond, which is supposedly the next DLC that came out in 2018. I've been looking everywhere to find how to install it, but the frontier website has nothing and there's no recent discussions about it.
Does it still exist or am I chasing shadows?

its already in the game no need to pay more its installed if you can play the game normally

So let's say I launch horizons as usual, the beyond update is already installed without me knowing?

Beyond wasn't so much a new DLC as several rounds for Bug fixing, QOL improvements and small additions. It was a free supplement to the game. All is included when you buy ED Horizons.

Season 1 = Elite Dangerous

Season 2 = Horizons

Season 3 = Beyond

Season 4 = coming at the end of this year (paid expansion)
