Marco Quent invitation
just got it on my quest to get dirty drives rank 5 :D

so where do I head to get the Sirious Corporations permit?

You need to rank up with the Sirius branches scattered around the Bubble. Go to eddb.io, "stations" and filter by faction "sirius". Get there and do missions or collect bounties or what have you.

Pretty sure Palin has the Grade 5 dirty drives... you unlock him through Qwent

Yes, you need to become allied with Sirius Corp., gain the permit for Sirius and within Sirius you need the invitation mission for Quent.

And then you need to grind 25 Modular Terminals through missions and haul them there.

And then you need to reach rank 3.5 with Quent to get the knowledge of Palin.

I'm still stuck with getting modular terminals.

Sirius Corp is still present at both Sothis and Ceos. I made another trip there earlier today to clear a few mil in creds hauling ♥♥♥♥. Now that the CGs at Ambika are done, my next goal is accessing Qwent and power plant mods.

Wait! You mean Elvira Martuuk doesn't go to grade 5?! I have been trying to get past level 2 with her. I thought I just needed to do more upgrades.

Well dang! I guess I need to read more.....LOL. I have realy really, good level 2 drives from her at least. She has upgraded them at least 10 times by now. ;o)
