Fastest way to get to Sol?

I'm loving the game and having a blast with it but my ultimate goal is to launch a mission to Jupiter. I know in order to get the sol permit you have to do federation missions, but i'm kinda put off by the fact that you have to grind missions in order to obtain it. Do you seasoned players of this game know of a quicker way to obtain the permit? I appreciate any and all answers. thank you.

Sol is fun. For me it's what the game is all about. I've spent four hours in Sol total haven't earnt any money or rep or rank.

I just had fun!

Fastest way will be the fun one, since you dont want the grind, there will be no fast way.
You dont need the sol permit, why do it?

for my own personal satisfaction. since this game has no determined goals i made my own, which is to launch a mission to jupiter.

My first goal was just to get the permit and travel to sol. I was not complainig about the grind or anything tho, unlike you, I took the grind like a man and got on with it.
The difference is I was ready to take the grind, you want easy mode, nothing else really...

I actually quit like doing missions, always done. The problem is I also like moving about so I do get "faction xp", but it's more grindy since I don't really get my status up with the local imp/fed factions. Staying put in one area does increase speed and cash flow, preferably an area near the bubble edges. You don't need to go do the outside bubble places really, just pay attention.

I've found several places near the edges that give me regular deliver data missions for 500k credits and stackable to the same location just one to four jumps away. Getting 11 missions one jump away is... nice.

And Sol system is definitely worth a visit. Earth really look like crap, but there's some nice "deluxe" stations and it's just a "must do" tour around the system, taking a few snapshots of each planet/moon, preferably with both moon and planet behind your ship. And you HAVE to take one of those "Invade Earth" shots.
