where do I find Sulphur
It says it's common but I burned through 20 limpets in an astroid belt trying to find some and found none.

odd, I found plenty in almost every mining trip... if you want to try surface prospecting, almost every planet has sulfur.
theres a materials location list here 4th tab https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/187DlDf_WOhpXtem686ffvuNAcd8G6W5d7061UNAjslU/edit#gid=1276615159

Using Prospectors? Not sure it shows up in an analysis. Just blast a random asteroid and see what it drops, in contacts tab. See what your collectors pick up.

yeah I did, why wouldn't it show up I really don't want to just fire at rocks hoping I get it since I've used 40 so far and they haven't been in any of those rocks too. I've also mined enough to get 30 cargo

I don't know why it wouldn't show up, I only know I don't remember seeing any of the materials I collected on prospector limpets scans. I did finish my own mining with lots of materials though. Try a Pristine ring maybe? (if you haven't already).

From my experience, sulphur is only a smal byproduct, when mining asteroids. But i guess you find alot by simply driving on the surface looking for rocks. Be aware on low gravity planets, it takes a while for the fragments to land again after blasting the rocks.
