yes.
You mean "target what is in front of you" key? It works most times, unless a police craft happens to be directly in front of me. Then..... bad things happen.
Seriously, does nobody else find this irksome?

Yeah, I really should, thanks.
I've had issues with Frontier forum though. Difficulty logging on and the like.
Waiting until they merge store and forum logons, hopefully soon, then I'll suggest it.
Yeah, I'd definitely like that as well.
Or quickly go to your Nav panel and lock a destination.
Thanks man, you suggested this before and I forgot to try it. Will give it a go next time I try - currently serving a 6day bounty in my homebase cos I accidentally shot a pirate's wingmate before I scanned him, cos I accidentally targeted him when the pirate used chaff ;)
I'll try that next time, sounds like a workaround at least.
There is a button like that... its called target next system in route.. bind it in the menu..
Thanks, I am going to try this as a workaround, until "untarget" is added. Because another great solution would be for Frontier to add a keybind for this pretty basic function!
Highly doubt that, since it fully works as an untarget fucntion, you'll see :) it even works when you dont have a route planned ;)
Maybe this forum will be spared future whining from me on the topic!
Just seems to be annoying me more recently since NPCs use so much chaff nowadays.
