What is galaxy-wide fine?
And how can I pay my fine?

Go to a station in the system the fine is from and pay it there

The peeps at the system will try to kill you. Other than that it's pretty useless. I don't pay my fines if I don't need the system.

How long the fine last. If it runs out of time the fine is cleared. No money needed if you want to wait it out.

actually, if the time on a fine runs out, it becomes a bounty, if the time runs out on a bounty, it becomes a legacy fine which doesnt expire :)

Pay your fines :)
wait out your bounties lol
