In fact, the number and size of the internal modules are one of the defining factor that makes some ships really good, or not that good for different roles.
Usually the multirole ships have the better layout, but they are more expensive than specialized ships.
i have never seen a 256 cargo rack and ive played a lot of hours and done all trading combat & explooration, were would you get one from
