Bootleg Liquor

OK this is frustrating. I got a mission to salvage some bootleg liquor and twice now I have had it targeted, my cargo scoop opened and along comes a federal security vessle and blows my salvage up before I can get it into the SRV. The first time I thought, no big deal, I will just go back into orbit an let it respawn......which it did........ but now......... twice in a row. Exactly the same thing. Its like they think bootleg liquor is illegal or something..........Oh......right. ;o) At least they aren't aiming at me.
