Bounties disappearing?
I received a bounty for destroying one system authority vessel and I swear it was 7 days for 7600 credits. I go to another system and do some haz res and I don't die. Later I check my bounty and its gone. Not dormant, not a fine...just gone.

Has the bounty system been changed so that good actions with factions that are friendly can erase bounties or is this just a glitch?

As far as I understand bounties run out after 7 days and then turn into a legacy fine, which is frustratingly not displayed in the transactions list.

Bounties turn into dormant bounties if your ship gets destroyed. They will become active bounties if your ship is scanned by the faction you were wanted by.

been getting that all week. had a 400 cr bounty turn into a 2000 bounty. then some security NPC's in another system killed me for attacking a wanted ship and they went dormant (for 7 days). the dormant bounties have been appearing and disappearing all week. sometimes I onlye see one of them. sometimes they combine into one, sometimes they superimpose over eachother...and sometimes they look normal.

SUPERIMPOSED BOUNTIES!!!! lol.... i want to see that, have not had such luck yet. it'd be like, mathmatical genious for them to combine for a multiplier payout, haha! seriously not what would happen, but it's fun to think about.

Same here, from system to system, logging in and out the bounties disappear and then come back. bugged.
