So with 2 medium bursts and 2 small bursts, you are at your limit. Personally, i'd change the small bursts to small beams and the medium hardpoints it put medium MCs or canons on them, or possibly missiles.
But that's all you can do in terms of stock items.
If you have Horizons, you can also visit Engineers, and perform different upgrades on them.
The dweller can do some upgrades on lasers. He's fairly easy to access as well. You just have have to have dealt with 5 black markets, and then give him 500,000, and he will be willing to deal with you.

Wait, so I can't get better class versions of these weapons? I.e, can I not get a 3F version?
There are Only one of each weapon type for each size of hard point, it can be confusing but it's not like other ship modules where you have A through to E
You have then to look for the nearest jump distance and the distance from the star to the station. If both are low. Go there.
I was actually looking at going to a vulture next. I'm half-way there for buying it but is it really worth it? I have heard that its a very good combat ship but pretty bad at everything else.
