Mod the power plant with low emmisions and the thrusters with clean drive tuning.
Hull reinforcements in the internals, and heat sinks combined with point defence on the utilties. Silent running pretty much the whole time except to fire the torpedos as that generates a lot of heat.
Only downside is if they avoid the torpedoes there's basically no way to win.
For a fight where you don't have to rely on Torpedoes, I'd go with the vulture.
The Courier, while being much faster, is less maneuverable and drifts a bit after a boost. The Courier also has a severely limited distributor compared to its weapon loadout.
If I was forced to fight any of them, as opposed to boosting away, I would probably say the Vulture for its sheer durability and hardpoints seemingly made for PVP.
The DBS easily concerns me the least, last time I was interdicted by one, I decided to collect the bounty on his head instead of running away. Dangerous ranked CMDR, his ship only strayed into my MC fire, and he was Space Swiss Cheese in seconds. If I didn't know how to do the FA turning trick, it might have been a fairer fight.
