In the navigation window to click on it and unmark there?

It might be faster just to use a target ahead at an empty space.

for exemple in the galaxy map, one time i ploted a route, but i had the marker on another sistem so i traveled the wrong direction and the had to switch the marker to the place i was going for, i prefer just do use the route instead of the marker but now i always have to marker as i cant desactivate it. Dont know if i explained the right way

Bind "target next system in route" in settings. Next time you'll target something else, you'll be able to just press one button to target your route. Also there are two ways to untarget something - either use left panel to target/untarget, or use binding for target object in front.

I have "T" bound for "target object in front". If nothing's in front, then whatever was previously targeted gets un-targeted, and nothing replaces it.

"Target next star in route" is also a handy key to have bound. That way, whatever your current target is, you press it and you're ready to jump to the next star system on your route. Especially useful for explorers, or if you're making a long multi-jump trip, or you're in hostile space and need to high-wake ASAP.
