Brestla massive price markup?

So I came across this system and saw that in some patch a while back, they made it so that this system has a station which stocks every ship and module. Thing is, they're VASTLY more expensive. Normally ships and modules are the same price no matter where you go, save for some discounts. What's the deal here?

I did some quick math and the price increase is just over 20%. That's insane.

yup. it's like founder's world, except it's open to everyone. 20% premium for getting everything in one place.

once you hit elite you can go to Jameson Memorial and get the same thing at 10% off.

From memory this was the result of a community goal.

Its like a supermarket that sells phones tv's computers etc. Do you really think it's the cheapest place for electronics? Never mind all the other items in store? Course not!

It's more like the convenience store. It's more expensive, but it's all there in one place, without having to shop around. So you'r epaying for th econvenience, if you need to shop for all sorts of different ships/modules and you're in a hurry.
