pilot not ranking up to elite

i dont know if its a bug or there is anything to do but i've killed over 100 pirates and my pilot is still DEALY with 100% xp to elite

without knowing what you are killing it becomes complex to provide an answer but that said you may want to check this

Keep in mind that at deadly , harmless, mostly harmless novice and competent ranked enemies will provide no xp at all, and even expert and to an extent master will give very low gains to the point that 100 expert kills will provide around 1% at best.

Well its about my Crew pilot in SLF that im ranking up, i have killed multiple deadly npc in assassination and pirate extermination mission.

the crew member is supposed to take a % of my xp, i dont know how much and in ELITE in combat rank too.

i've killed over 100 pirate (not all deadly) but a big amount and before those 100 pirate my crew was DEADLY but its bar of xp what at 100% to ELITE rank but does not promote somehow.

Do you play odyssey?
The progress bar is missing the progress layer. it seems the Pilots are at 100% but that is is not the case.
log in to horizons and you see the real progress of your pilot.

The NPC pilot only gets experience if they're involved in the kills. (Unlike credit earning, where they take their percentage no matter what.)

At the end of Deadly you need 40 -50 Elite NPC kill to gain that last 1%.
