skip Odyssey tutorial option

is there a way to skip the training tutorial when load Odyssey for the first time and go straight to my ship right away?

Not straight to your ship, but:
Hit 'esc' to bring up the main menu.
"Skip training"

It'll leave you in the concourse at Chamberlain's Rest.
From there, head down the stairs to Inter Astra and talk to the agent.
You can also skip the flight training this way, should you wish.
