Yes, it says "any station" will honor the bonus. I received the bonus in a different system than the one where I turned in the mission data. I'll check for Alliance controlling faction.
Open the map, select services, interstellar factor, they will buy it. There is always one close.
I used INARA to find stations with interstellar factors, went to the closest one and no go. The Alliance claim I have isn't recognized either for the full amount or with a discount...
You talked to the contact labeled interstellar factor?
That's really odd. You can try selling at a carrier. I've never had a thing I couldn't sell to mine. Currently parked in Chediq.
anyways, I don't think Interstellar factors work here, you need to hand in that data to Authority contact on station aligned with the respective power (Imp, Fed, Alliance)
I have like 8k of data for the Feds, I was at an IF yesterday doing something else and no option to hand it over.
